Spraying process
The automatic automatic electrostatic powder spraying line is used for one-time completion, before spraying by high-speed shot

Bed plate: the surface of the bed is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.2mm
and the bed frame is made of cold-rolled steel pipe with a thickness of 40*80*1.5mm.
The back has steel pipe double arm reinforcing bars, adopt double support unloading structure, reduce screw stress, prolong the life of the hospital bed, adopt professional assembly line once punching, bending, stamping forming, adopt bed surface punching design, bed surface groove loose air hole combination, stronganti-slip, strong air permeability;
There are six steel columns with rubber pad between the bed surface and the bed frame to make the bed surface put peacetime without noise.
